Hi all!

I'm Claire, an Integrated Nutrition Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrated Nutrition. I work with women to help them learn how our bodies can heal — given the right nourishment, environment, and mindset. We move beyond quick fixes to craft a multidimensional path toward long-term wellness.

I graduated in the summer of 2023 from SNHU with a degree in Human Services, and am graduating in January 2024 from IIN with the completion of their Health Coaching Training Program. With my expertise in gut health, mental health, and intuitive guidance, I'm dedicated to guiding you toward holistic harmony.

My coaching approach is centered on bio-individuality — the concept that everyone has unique nutritional requirements, physiological responses, and health needs. Together, we will unearth your health concerns, understand them, and craft a plan that best supports your desired change. My wellness journey (marked by digestive issues, mood shifts, and anxiety), has shaped this approach, grounding it in empathy and understanding.

As a Holistic Health Coach, I use personalized nutrition not just to alleviate symptoms of inflammation or dysregulation, but to investigate the root cause of each symptom and why it is presenting itself in you. Our connection with food is profound, not just nutritionally — but also as a source of comfort, joy, and connection. My goal is to help you rediscover a healthy and nurturing relationship with food, tailoring practices to your individual needs and preferences.

  • No. I serve as a guide to help you with lifestyle changes in many areas, such as relationships, physical activity, career, and even spirituality.

    Though nutrition is highly considered, I do not prescribe specific nutrition plans or protocols; I empower you to create and continually adapt lifestyle choices – including approaches to nutrition – that work for you.

  • As an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I support you in becoming an expert on yourself by generating insight, tapping into internal wisdom, and increasing self-knowledge.

    I’ll lead you through the ongoing process of transformation by helping you implement sustainable shifts based on what works for you individually. As a result, you’ll experience long-term lifestyle changes.

    Though clients may reach their bio-individual goals, there’s no end point; rather, this is a lifelong journey toward self-discovery, health, and well-being.

  • No. As a Health Coach, I advise clients to consult with their doctor or medical practitioner before changing a medication, starting a new fitness routine, or making major dietary changes.

    Although I assist clients in making shifts that may improve many health conditions, I do not diagnose, treat, or claim to heal clients.

    In some cases, I may collaborate with healthcare providers to implement treatment plans and make recommendations for basic, health-supportive changes. I may also refer clients to the appropriate medical professional for proper treatment of medical issues.

  • I offer 1:1 coaching programs spanning over 3-6 months. These programs encompass 6-12 sessions, conducted virtually for your convenience (or in person if in Nashville). In addition to our sessions, you'll receive valuable resources such as food guides, recipes, challenges, and prompts to enhance your journey towards holistic wellness.

    And, you'll have access to my dedicated group chat with fellow clients where I post daily, fostering a sense of accountability and community throughout your transformative experience.

I'm currently based in Nashville, TN where I share a home with my loving husband and our three goofy pups. On the weekends you’ll catch us at the farmers market, or somewhere in the woods on a waterfall hike.
